In our minds, its only really glaring aesthetic shortcoming is the fact that the Wiimote and Nunchuck are tethered by a wire that gets in the way during gameplay and makes storing the controllers a hassle. Many have debated why Nintendo didn't extend the Wii's wireless capabilities to both controllers, and there have been rumors from time to time that Nintendo is considering launching a wireless option.
